    The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page three, section eleven, line twenty-seven, by striking out subdivision (8) in its entirety, and inserting in lieu thereof a new subdivision (8) to read as follows:

    (8) Transfer the servicing of the program loans to a financial institution via competitive bid or to the State Treasurer’s Office.”
